Hi, I’m Amanda, a 52-year-old mum of two grown-up children and a dedicated personal trainer. My journey into fitness began later in life, and I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to balance family, work, and health—especially through perimenopause and menopause.
I’m passionate about helping women over 40 build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. My coaching approach is designed to meet you where you are, focusing on practical solutions that fit into your life.
